Through the district by bike

Every year in May, thousands of cycling enthusiasts pedal hard to meet up at a central destination after a tour across the district of Görlitz. At least ten different tours lead to the annually changing destinations. From the demanding route to family-friendly routes, there is something for everyone. Numerous stamping points along the route invite you to linger and strengthen yourself. Anyone who collects at least three stamps takes part in the big raffle. At the destination, in addition to food and drink, a colorful entertainment program awaits the participants. When the weather is nice, up to 4,000 cycling enthusiasts go on a tour across the priceless country. The Görlitz District Star Cycle Tour is organized by the development company Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH (ENO). She is supported by the partners ArTour Rietschen GmbH, nature conservation center Zittauer gebirge, ADFC Görlitz, the respective destination and by the Sparkasse Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien.
