Millions of euros
in funding for the "Muskau Ice Palace"

Out of love for the region
The "For the Love of the Region" project aims to establish a sustainable, cross-border network of regional producers and small businesses in the German-Czech-Polish border region. It strengthens cooperation, expertise, and sustainable business practices, thereby contributing to the region's competitiveness and future viability.
Funding program: INTERREG SN-CZ, Priority 1 - Innovation and Competitiveness
Period: 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2028
Funding : The project is funded by the INTERREG Saxony-Czech Republic funding program in the amount of €549,309.47 and is being carried out jointly by the development company Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH, the OHK Jablonec nad Nisou and the OHK Děčín.

FutureCareer
Shaping the future, discovering talent: FutureCareer aims to counteract the skilled worker shortage in the Görlitz district and the Liberec and Ústí nad Labem regions, and to identify the strengths of potential skilled workers in a digitized working world. Through interdisciplinary workshops at the iQLANDIA knowledge center, students discover their talents and can test them directly with real companies during a strengths forum. In cooperation with companies in the region, a project is being developed that showcases the diverse career opportunities available to students in the border region.
Funding program: INTERREG SN-CZ, Priority 3 - Education, Lifelong Learning, Culture and Tourism
Funding : The project is funded by the INTERREG Saxony-Czech Republic funding program in the amount of €299,471.72 and is carried out in cooperation with the development company Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH, iQLANDIA Liberec and OHK Jablonec nad Nisou.

Muskau Ice Palace
The project aims to expand and modernize the tourism infrastructure in Bad Muskau. It includes converting two buildings into holiday apartments and hostel rooms, as well as creating caravan pitches. A particular focus is placed on promoting cycling tourism. The offerings will be complemented by a café, a bicycle shop, and a shop selling regional products. The goal is to strengthen sustainable forms of tourism, boost the regional economy, and create inclusive jobs. We developed this project, which was approved by the Regional Steering Committee and is now being funded with €13 million.

Prima+ÖV
The project aims to make public transport in the Upper Lusatia-Lower Silesia region more attractive and user-friendly. It promotes the integration of different modes of transport, improves the provision of information for passengers, and develops innovative mobility concepts. By optimizing public transport services, the project seeks to increase the quality of life in the region while simultaneously contributing to climate protection. ENO developed this project, and we are involved in its implementation through project management, website creation, and public relations.

Skilled worker security pilots
The "Skilled Workforce Advisors" project aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Görlitz district in recruiting and retaining skilled workers. The advisors provide companies with individual consultations on topics such as recruitment, employee retention, and employer attractiveness. They facilitate contacts with relevant networks and institutions, provide information on funding opportunities, and assist in developing strategies for securing skilled workers in the long term. The goal is to strengthen the competitiveness of the regional economy and counteract the shortage of skilled workers. We developed the project and will implement it in 2024.

Doctors' Network East Saxony
The Physicians' Network of Eastern Saxony (ÄNO) has set itself the task of securing and improving medical care. Its work focuses on promoting collaboration between office-based physicians of various specialties, supporting the digitalization of medical practices, and representing the interests of physicians to policymakers and health insurance companies. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on supporting young doctors to increase the region's attractiveness to them. For several years, ENO has been supporting the Physicians' Network as a service provider for project management, website development, and accompanying public relations.

Lausitz Vital
The Lausitz Network aims to improve and future-proof healthcare in the Lausitz region. It promotes collaboration between various stakeholders in the healthcare sector, supports innovative projects, and is committed to attracting skilled professionals. By connecting physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers, the network seeks to ensure integrated and patient-centered care throughout the region. From the initial idea and concept development to the implementation and ongoing support of the network, we brought Lausitz Vital to life, including website creation and comprehensive public relations efforts.
“We pave the way to the future! Benefit from our experience in funding research and project management. From the initial idea to the implementation of your project, we are your reliable partner.”
