Structogram® Coaching
With the Structogram®, we offer companies and municipalities a scientifically sound analysis and training tool that goes far beyond classic personality tests. Together with your teams, we make visible the fundamental behavioral patterns that shape people and how this knowledge can be used effectively in everyday work.
Whether in team meetings, customer conversations, or employee management: the knowledge gained from the Structogram® can be applied directly and practically. Our goal is to support teams in better understanding differences, using strengths more effectively, and working together more efficiently.

Strategies for municipalities
ENO supports municipalities with its Location and Transformation Report, enabling them to make well-founded strategic decisions for their future development. This report is based on a structured analysis of key location factors such as economic structure, labor market, demographics, and available land. Building on this analysis, we develop realistic development options, structure potential funding pathways, and prioritize concrete measures according to their impact and feasibility. The result is a clearly presented decision-making basis for administrative leaders and political bodies – with robust arguments, prepared project proposals, and a strategic development agenda for the next steps in shaping the municipality's future.

Innovation Challenge
The "Innovation Challenge" is an interactive participatory format that is regularly held in municipalities within the Görlitz district. In a creative process, citizens, businesses, and local government jointly develop innovative solutions to local challenges. The event fosters dialogue between various stakeholders and generates concrete project ideas for regional development. By incorporating local expertise, tailored and implementable concepts are developed that contribute to strengthening the region. The "Innovation Challenge" is an important instrument for promoting citizen participation and innovation during periods of structural change.

Lausitz Café
The Lausitz Café is a regular series of events that addresses specific questions concerning development in the region. Using the "World Café" method, participants discuss various thematic approaches to solutions. The results are published promptly and followed up by the project managers of our task force. One example of the effectiveness of these events is the skilled worker campaign "You're Missing Here," which emerged from a Lausitz Café and was implemented in 2023/24.

Strategy of the northern municipalities in structural change
Development of a concept with the mayors of the northern municipalities: The concept should examine the Lusatian coalfield (especially the northeastern area in the district of Görlitz) with regard to the effects of structural change and demographic change, as well as identify the interfaces of the individual village and urban development concepts.
"With our work we address the municipalities, the economy and society in Lusatia. We support regional development and help to think outside the box. For us, structural change means much more than the InvKG guideline can provide."
