Successfully position your tourism offering
Tourism is a major economic factor for many regions – at the same time, destinations and service providers are competing for attention, guests, and attractive offers. Successful tourism doesn't happen by chance. It requires clear strategies, strong networks, and professional marketing.
We support municipalities, tourism organizations, and service providers in strategically developing their offerings and successfully positioning them in the market. Together, we analyze existing structures, identify potential, and develop concepts that are tailored to the region and meet the expectations of visitors.
We combine strategic development with practical implementation: from product development and marketing and communication measures to the organization of events and presentations. Through our experience in tourism networking, we bring relevant partners together and create new impetus for collaborations.
For our clients, this means one thing above all: greater visibility, clearly positioned offerings, and a stronger perception of the destination. This is how tourism products are created that convince guests and contribute to the long-term economic development of the region.

Slow Life
The project "Slow Life – Creating a German-Polish Culinary Region" aims to develop a sustainable, cross-border culinary region in the areas of tourism and culture. It will focus on regional products, traditions, and cultural characteristics to promote awareness of slow travel and enjoyment. The project brings together partners from Germany and Poland to create tourism offerings that strengthen regional identity and support cross-border exchange. Key aspects include scientific analyses and the development of practical initiatives for the region. Funding program: Interreg PL/SN 2021-2027. Project duration: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2027. Project partners: ENO mbH, Zgorzelec County, Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. Funding: 80% -> €1,095,218.54

Star cycling tour
The Görlitz district's star-shaped bike tour is a cycling event where cyclists from different directions ride along designated routes to a destination. The destination changes annually. The event combines tourism, health promotion, and regional community. Participants can choose from various routes and experience the diverse landscapes of Upper Lusatia. The star-shaped bike tour is not only about exercise but also about fostering exchange and strengthening regional cohesion.

Cycling and hiking
The German-Czech Interreg project "Cycling and Hiking to Shared Heritage" promoted the natural and cultural heritage in the border region and developed new cross-border cycling routes. Connecting routes between the Saxon Central Uplands Route and Czech cycling paths along the traditional timber-framed houses were signposted, and five circular routes were identified. A study examined differences and similarities along the border. Despite a short implementation period of one year, the project was successfully completed and presented to the public with a two-day promotional cycling tour. ENO developed and successfully implemented the project.
"Direct contact with tourism professionals is important to us in order to always be informed about the conditions and requirements at the grassroots level. Our work thrives on many discussions, exciting ideas and strong cooperation with our partners."
