Priceless Land
The "Priceless Region" campaign of the Görlitz district aims to attract skilled workers and present the region as an attractive place to live and work. It emphasizes the advantages over big-city life, diverse career opportunities, and high quality of life. Through various media and sometimes provocative imagery, it generates attention. From June 2024, the campaign will continue as "Arriving in the Görlitz District" to support newcomers. We developed and implemented the campaign from the outset. Our marketing team independently handled all media services (corporate identity, layout, web design, web programming, text, photography, video, campaign development, and social media).

Arrival in the district of Görlitz
For the Görlitz district, we developed a central digital platform, the Welcome Website, to facilitate the start of the season for skilled workers from Germany and abroad. The website compiles information on initial steps, contact persons, and support services – presented in a structured, multilingual, and user-friendly manner. From concept development and project management to graphic design, copywriting, web design, programming, film production, and an accompanying campaign, we provided virtually all services in-house. As an in-house agency with comprehensive media and IT expertise, we also implement similar platform and communication projects for other regions, municipalities, and organizations.

Business brochure
The Görlitz district has undergone profound change in recent years. With energy, courage, and great commitment, stakeholders from business, politics, and society have actively shaped the region and developed it into an attractive place to live, work, and do business. This business brochure provides a concise overview of the Görlitz district as a business location, introduces industries, companies, and development potential, and highlights the opportunities for investment and economic growth. It offers guidance, insights, and examples of successful companies from the region. The brochure is updated every two years by ENO in coordination with the district administration.

Database for suitable housing offers
MORITZ is a specialized database solution for districts and job centers that enables the rapid provision of housing offers for benefit recipients. The web application allows users to explicitly search for available and suitable apartments that meet the requirements of the relevant administrative regulation's defined concept for housing costs. Integrated analysis functions also provide users with a quick overview of housing availability for different household sizes. We can offer this web application to all districts in Germany.

CI development and website of TGG Neisseland eV.
In close consultation with the board of the Neisseland Tourist Association, we developed a new corporate identity and created a new website. From the initial layout drafts to the launch of the new website, there was an intensive coordination process to ensure that all the client's needs and expectations were met.

Virtual Youth Employment Agency
With the “Virtual Youth Employment Agency” (vJBA) project, the Lower Silesian Upper Lusatia Development Corporation (Entwicklungsgesellschaft Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH), in cooperation with the Görlitz district and the Bautzen Employment Agency, has created a web-based platform that, based on the consent of the young people or their legal guardians, guarantees comprehensive, one-stop support, especially for disadvantaged youth, during the transition from school to working life. In addition to collaborative casework, the measures and services of the participating institutions are presented transparently and can thus be coordinated.

#Nursing – Follow your calling
The campaign by the nursing training network in the Görlitz district highlights the importance and diversity of nursing professions and aims to attract new skilled workers to the sector. The campaign focuses on authentic stories from nurses in the region. ENO is handling the complete project as a service provider – from concept and storytelling to website and promotional video, right through to campaign communication. The result is a high-impact recruitment campaign that offers genuine insights into the daily work of nurses and conveys appreciation for this vital profession.

Time(ing) for children
With "Zeit(ung) für Kinder" (Time for Children), we aim to encourage families to dedicate time to reading together and playfully exploring their local area. Parents will find numerous suggestions for engaging playfully with a wide range of topics relevant to their children's everyday lives. Invitingly colorful, with cheerful graphics, child-friendly texts, and educational stories, "Zeit(ung) für Kinder" inspires families in the Görlitz district to discover together. The first issue was published for Children's Day 2010. ENO, the publisher, is supported by an editorial team of external partners. Our graphic designers are responsible for the layout. The print run is 10,000 copies.
