Structural Change Task Force

The Structural Change Task Force (Tafo) of the Lower Silesian Upper Lusatia Development Corporation (Entwicklungsgesellschaft Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH) is committed to actively and proactively shaping the transformation process in the Görlitz district. The focus is on networking local stakeholders, providing advice on funding opportunities, and developing projects. Together with the Görlitz district, three strategic fields of action have been defined to serve as a guide for all projects within the framework of structural change. These fields of action unite the resources of municipalities, civil society (including citizens and associations), and businesses to jointly ensure the region's future viability.
