Our tourism experts manage the affairs of the Neisseland Tourist Association (Touristische Gebietsgemeinschaft Neisseland e.V.). This association is responsible for the tourism marketing of the region in the north of the Görlitz district. This is done within the framework of the Görlitz district's tourism cooperation. This cooperation includes Europastadt Görlitz/Zgorzelec GmbH, the Zittau Mountains Nature Park Tourist Association (Tourische Gebietsgemeinschaft Naturpark Zittauer Gebirge e.V.), and the district administration. The goal is to position the Neisseland region as an attractive travel destination and to foster close networking among tourism stakeholders. As managing agents, we are responsible for administration and organization, financial management, membership administration, communication, and event organization.

Rothenburg Airfield

Flugplatz Rothenburg/Görlitz GmbH is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the two airfields in Rothenburg/OL and Görlitz. Its tasks include ensuring safe flight operations, maintaining the airfield infrastructure, leasing commercial space, and promoting general aviation. Furthermore, the company is actively involved in the further development of the site. It is committed to attracting new businesses and promoting the regional economy. ENO has assumed management of Flugplatz Rothenburg/Görlitz GmbH.

Land development company

The Görlitz District Land Development Company (Bereichsentwicklungsgesellschaft Landkreis Görlitz mbH) improves the economic structure of the district through the sustainable establishment of industrial and commercial enterprises, job creation, and the remediation of contaminated sites. It plans, develops, and markets industrial parks, supports municipalities and businesses, and has two project management positions. With six shareholders and a network of circular economy stakeholders, it drives innovative projects and developments.

Controlling tool

For Artour Rietschen, we developed a customized controlling tool complete with structured reporting. The starting point was an analysis of the existing company structure, with the goal of creating a meaningful and effective allocation of costs to cost centers and cost units. The results and potential implementation options were closely coordinated with the tax advisor. Based on this, a practical reporting system was developed using an Excel tool, supplemented by clear dashboards and in-depth analyses as needed. This creates a robust data foundation that increases transparency, reduces risks, and enables fact-based decisions. At the same time, the system supports planning, investment decisions, allocations, cost calculations, and internal allocations. We also offer this form of individually developed controlling to other municipalities, companies, and institutions – precisely tailored to their respective structures and specific local requirements.
