Property management
Property management offers comprehensive support for rental properties, including direct contact with tenants and landlords. Services include tendering minor repair work (excluding planning services), preparing owner and operating cost statements, and managing rent collection. We also organize viewings of vacant apartments and support them through to successful leasing. Our goal is to ensure smooth management and optimal occupancy.

Condominium management
As part of our condominium management services, we provide professional support to owners' associations, including organizing and conducting annual general meetings. Our services also include tendering minor repair work (excluding planning services), preparing owner statements, and managing payment reminders. Our goal is to ensure transparent and efficient management and to optimally represent the interests of the owners' association.

Years of experience
A key area of responsibility is the management, marketing, improvement, and optimization of our own properties in Bad Muskau, Niesky, Görlitz, and Altbernsdorf. For many years, we have also been responsible for managing individual properties belonging to the Sparkasse Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien (Upper Lusatia-Lower Silesia Savings Bank). This primarily includes apartment management, tenant relations, ongoing communication with owners, and the continuous maintenance and security of the properties.

Active on site
Our two caretakers ensure the impeccable maintenance of our properties. They handle inspections, handovers, repairs, meter readings, and some aspects of property upkeep. Our caretakers also act as a liaison between tenants and our management team.
