Out of love for the region

FutureCareer
The project strengthens young talent in the German-Czech border region and counteracts the shortage of skilled workers. In workshops at the iQLANDIA knowledge center, students discover their strengths and test them in direct exchange with regional companies.

Complex projects. Clear perspectives.
With the Muskau Ice Palace, we demonstrate how a vision can become a holistic infrastructure project. The project combines the activation and repurposing of existing properties with innovative concepts for sustainable tourism and regional economic development. Holiday apartments, a hostel, caravan pitches, bicycle-friendly amenities, and complementary retail and restaurant concepts generate new momentum for local development and employment. As the developer of this project, which received €13 million in funding, we combine strategic planning, grant management, and implementation expertise. We also offer our know-how to other municipalities and companies that want to realize complex projects and shape their infrastructure for the future.
CarePlus – Strengthening skilled workers in nursing
In the PflegePlus project, we support care facilities in the Görlitz district in improving working conditions for nursing staff. Together with companies, researchers, and regional partners, we are developing practical solutions – for example, for flexible working hours, better work-life balance, and digital support in everyday work. ENO coordinates the project, organizes the exchange between partners, and ensures that ideas are developed collaboratively and tested in practice.
PriMa+ÖV
Developing sustainable mobility means rethinking transportation and intelligently connecting people. With PriMa+ÖV, we demonstrate how modern public transport can be made more attractive, user-friendly, and climate-conscious. From the conception of innovative mobility solutions and professional project management to digital communication and public relations, we combine all our expertise in an integrated approach. We also offer this know-how to other regions that want to strategically develop and sustainably strengthen their mobility services.
Effectively promote engagement
Volunteer budgets and funding procedures enable fair, transparent, and efficient support for associations and dedicated individuals. In the Görlitz district, we have been successfully implementing a digital, field-tested process for years – from application and evaluation to structured allocation of funds. This transferable system reduces the administrative and organizational burden, creates clear decision-making criteria, and increases the reach of your funding. Districts, municipalities, and businesses benefit from a professionally managed process that combines transparency, visibility, and social impact.
Lausitz Vital
With the Lausitz Vital project, ENO supported a key approach to strengthening health, care, and quality of life in the region. The goal was to develop innovative solutions, network regional stakeholders, and establish sustainable structures in the health and care sectors. ENO acted as a coordinating and networking partner, supported the development and implementation of projects, and helped to raise awareness of the topic as an important component of regional structural development and securing skilled workers.
Digital solutions for strong forests
5G-Waldwächter supports regions, forestry operations, and forest owners in managing their land in a future-proof manner. Digital applications and sound data analysis create clear decision-making foundations for planning, maintenance, and sustainable development.
They benefit from greater transparency regarding assets, risks and potential, more efficient processes, and modern management that balances economic viability and environmental responsibility. The developed technologies are field-tested and flexibly transferable to other regions.
