Lifelong learning
Experience education, develop potential.
We bring education and the future together
Lifelong learning begins with orientation – and this is precisely where the ENO's Lifelong Learning team comes in. Commissioned by the Görlitz district, it designs and coordinates career and study orientation for students and supports them on their journey from their initial career idea to their concrete entry into professional life.
The aim is to show young people career prospects in the region and, at the same time, to connect companies with potential skilled workers at an early stage. Formats such as the INSIDERTREFF (Insider Meeting) and the INSIDERATLAS (Insider Atlas) create transparent and easily accessible pathways to apprenticeships, university studies, and internships.
Furthermore, the range of tasks extends far beyond career guidance: The team implements key measures for educational development, continuously develops educational marketing in the district and supports projects along the entire educational chain – from early discovery of one's own strengths to vocational qualification.
Close collaboration with schools, educational institutions, businesses, and regional partners forms the basis of this work. Through numerous networks, the team brings stakeholders together, initiates exchanges, and ensures that educational offerings are coordinated and further developed to be sustainable for the future.
